Services

Rhino Pest Protection provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout Greater Houston, including Richmond, Fulshear, Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Tomball, Rosenberg, and surrounding communities. Our services include but are not limited to:

• General residential pest control on a quarterly schedule
• Commercial pest management for restaurants, HOAs, property management, retail, and school districts
• Rodent trapping, baiting, and exclusion (sealing of entry points, vents, and soffits — quoted separately after inspection)
• Mosquito treatment
• Wasp and hornet nest removal
• Targeted treatments for ants, spiders, cockroaches, and other common Texas pests covered under your service agreement

All services are performed by trained and licensed pest control technicians under Texas Pest Control License TPLC0887540. Service details, scope, and scheduling are agreed upon prior to service delivery.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the size of the property, type of service, and frequency of treatment. Initial service pricing and ongoing service plan pricing are provided upfront after the free estimate process. Quarterly residential service starts at $104 plus tax. Final pricing depends on the property, pest activity, and service needed.

• Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
• We accept credit cards, cash, and checks.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in a service agreement.
• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment to avoid a service charge.

The Rhino Promise

We stand behind the quality of our work. Under the Rhino Promise:

• If pests return between your regularly scheduled quarterly services, we will return to re-treat your home or business at no additional cost.
• Re-treats apply to the pests covered under your active service agreement.
• Re-treat visits must be requested during the term of your active service agreement.
• The Rhino Promise does not cover infestations caused by structural deficiencies, new construction, or conditions outside our control. In those cases, we will recommend exclusion or referral.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective pest control, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and pest concerns.
• Grant reasonable access to the property for service delivery.
• Follow any preparation instructions provided before treatment.
• Notify us promptly if pest activity returns between scheduled services.

Limitation of Liability

Rhino Pest Protection makes every effort to provide effective pest management. However, due to the nature of pest control, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of all pests in all circumstances. Our liability is limited to re-treatment under the Rhino Promise or, at our discretion, a refund of the most recent service charge.

Rhino Pest Protection shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pest infestations that existed prior to the start of our service.

By submitting your contact information through our website or by phone, you consent to receive communications from Rhino Pest Protection, including:

• Phone calls and text messages regarding your service inquiry or appointment.
• Appointment reminders and service follow-up messages.
• Seasonal pest prevention tips and promotional offers (you may opt out at any time).

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
